How to keep it a surprise
- Use photos you already have. Pick a clear, front-facing photo from your own gallery or social media, so you do not need to ask them for one.

- Ask a family member or friend to send a good photo and clothing references if you need them.
- You approve the preview. We share the 3D preview video with you on WhatsApp, so the surprise stays with you.

Timing your surprise
Making your figurine takes about 3 to 7 days after you approve the preview, depending on complexity. Allow about 10 days in total for delivery across India, plus a few days for any changes, so order about two weeks before the birthday.
