Refund policy

Overview

At Boo! Customization, we create both ready-made and customized products. Please review this policy carefully before placing an order, as it outlines how returns, replacements, and refunds are handled.

By placing an order with us, you agree to this Return & Refund Policy.


1. Customized / Personalized Products

Customized or personalized products are made specifically according to customer-provided details such as names, images, text, designs, or other specifications.

❌ No Returns or Refunds After Production Starts

  • Customized products cannot be returned or refunded once production has started.

  • Orders cannot be cancelled after production begins.

✅ Exceptions (Only If Boo! Customization Is at Fault)

A refund or replacement will be offered only if:

  • The product is defective,

  • The product is damaged during transit, or

  • The product received is materially different from the approved mockup due to an error by Boo! Customization.

We are not responsible for:

  • Errors approved by the customer (spelling, design, layout, or content)

  • Incorrect information provided by the customer

  • Minor variations in color, texture, or finish due to screen or production differences


2. Ready-Made / Standard Products

For non-customized, ready-made products:

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery

  • Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging

  • Refunds will be issued after the returned product passes inspection

🔁 Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error.


3. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing:

Include:

  • Order number

  • Clear photos or video of the product and packaging

Failure to report within this timeframe may affect eligibility for a refund or replacement.


4. International Orders

  • International orders are not eligible for returns, except in cases of damage or defects.

  • Customs duties, import taxes, and shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • Boo! Customization is not responsible for delays, customs holds, or rejected shipments.


5. Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method

  • Refunds are typically completed within 5–10 business days, depending on the payment provider

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the issue was caused by us


6. Order Cancellations

  • Orders may be cancelled only before production begins

  • Once production has started, cancellations are not permitted for customized products
