Ordering

How does customization work?

Place your order on our website and share your photo along with details such as pose, outfit, colours and name text. We create a digital 3D model and send you a preview video. You can request changes until you are happy, and printing starts only after your approval. Your figurine is then 3D printed, hand-painted, varnished, quality-checked and shipped to you.

How do I place an order?

What does the price depend on?

The price depends on the size (8, 10, 12 or 15 cm), the number of people or pets, and extras such as the display base and nameplate. Detailed outfits, props or backgrounds may add to the cost, and we always confirm the final price with you before starting.

Photos and Preview

What photos do I need to send?

A front-facing photo where the face is clearly visible
Clear images without heavy filters or face-covering accessories
Extra photos of any clothing or accessories you want recreated

Can you work with an old or low-quality photo?

Yes. As long as the face is clearly visible, we can enhance the photo and work from it. Sending a few different angles helps us get the closest likeness.

Can I see a preview before my figurine is made?

Yes. You receive a preview video of your 3D model before production begins, and we print only after your approval. All preview sharing and approvals happen on WhatsApp at 9611962229.

What if I do not like the design?

You can request reasonable changes at the preview stage, such as facial adjustments, hairstyle or outfit details. Once the design is approved and printed, major changes or refunds are not possible, as every figurine is made exclusively for you.

Sizes and Quality

What sizes are available?

We offer 8 cm, 10 cm, 12 cm and 15 cm. The size refers to the height of the figurine. Larger sizes show more detail and are recommended for couples, groups or complex designs.

Is the figurine hand-painted?

Yes. Every figurine is sanded and hand-painted by our artists after printing, using professional Vallejo and Mont Marte paints, with layered detailing on faces and a final varnish coat for a premium, protected finish.

How durable is a resin figurine?

We print in tough resin from Elegoo and Anycubic, chosen for durability and impact resistance. The varnish coat protects the paint from fading and everyday handling.

Shipping and Delivery

How long does delivery take?

Making your figurine takes about 3 to 7 days after you approve the preview, depending on complexity. We ask for about 10 days in total so every piece is carefully packed and reaches you on time.
