At Boo! Customization, all products are custom-made and produced on demand using customer-provided photographs and inputs. Please review this Shipping Policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Order Process, Digital Preview & Approval

Every order follows a structured customization process:

Order Placement:
Once an order is placed and payment is confirmed, customization begins.
Digital Preview:
A digital preview of the product is shared with the customer after the order is placed.
Customer Approval:
Production starts only after the customer approves the digital preview.
Delays in approval will directly affect the overall order timeline.

2. 3D Model Creation

After preview approval, 3D model creation takes approximately 2 business days.
Modeling begins only after receiving clear and usable images.
If uploaded images are unclear or unsuitable, we will contact the customer for clarification or replacement.

3. Production & Final Finishing

After 3D model creation, 3D printing, finishing, and quality checks take approximately 5 business days.
Complex customizations may require additional time. Customers will be informed if timelines change.

4. Dispatch Location

All orders are manufactured and dispatched from:

Bengaluru, Karnataka, India

5. Shipping Coverage

We offer worldwide shipping.

Availability, delivery timelines, and charges may vary depending on the destination.

6. Estimated Delivery Time

Delivery timelines begin after dispatch, not after order placement.

India (Domestic Shipping)

Standard Delivery: 2–4 business days after dispatch

International Shipping

International delivery timelines vary based on destination, customs clearance, and local courier services.
Exact delivery dates cannot be guaranteed for international shipments.

7. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on destination, package size, and weight.
All applicable charges are displayed before payment.

8. Shipping Method & Tracking

Orders are shipped primarily via India Post.
Tracking details are shared via email once the order is dispatched.
Tracking information may take 24–48 hours to become active.

9. Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

For international shipments:

Customs duties, import taxes, or local fees may be charged by the destination country.
These charges are not included in product or shipping prices and must be paid by the customer.
Boo! Customization is not responsible for customs delays.

10. Delivery Delays & Courier Responsibility

While we strive to meet estimated timelines, delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, including:

Courier service disruptions
Weather conditions
Customs inspections
Public holidays or unforeseen events

Once an order is dispatched, Boo! Customization will assist with tracking and coordination but cannot guarantee delivery dates or offer refunds solely for courier delays.

11. Lost or Delayed Shipments

If a shipment appears delayed or lost:

We will assist in tracking and raising queries with the courier partner.
Boo! Customization is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners once dispatched.
